The Skills & Mindsets of Successful Lawyers
There is more to being a lawyer than knowing the law. More and more firms are recognising the importance of ‘how’ lawyers approach working with colleagues and clients.
The business of law is the provision of a service, and the people buying that service, want to work with people they enjoy working with. They want to feel connected and understood.
Irrelevant of how well someone does academically, at the end of the day solicitors and barristers work with people, on behalf of people, and the decisions that are made affect people's lives. In this episode we will be exploring the professional behaviours and mindsets needed to set you up for success as a lawyer.
